key responsibilities
- Gather information from developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create and maintain software documentation
- Write clear and concise documentation for software products, including user manuals, installation guides, and online help
- Review and edit existing documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Create visual aids such as diagrams and screenshots to enhance documentation
- Work with the development team to ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accurate
- Participate in product design and development meetings to ensure that documentation requirements are met
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure that documentation supports their needs
qualifications
- Bachelor's degree intechnical writing, computer science, or related field
- Experience insoftware documentation
- Strong writing andediting skills with an ability to write clear, concise, and accuratedocumentation
- Strong attention todetail and ability to work independently
- You care aboutefficiency and have a self-improvement mindset
- Experience with embeddedsystems is a plus
- Knowledge of Agilemethodologies, CI/CD, TDD & BDD are a plus
- Mechanical orSoftware engineering background is a plus
- Knowledge of aircompressor functionality and operations is a plus
