A supply chain facilitator is responsible for coordinating and optimising the various processes within an organisation's supply chain. The supply chain includes all the steps involved in delivering products or services to customers, from the procurement of raw materials to the distribution of finished products.

For our client Janssen Pharmaceuticals / Johnson and Johnson, we are looking for a supply chain facilitator.

key responsibilities
- You will work as an administration specialist within the supply chain of the pharmaceutical industry.
- You follow up everything that needs to be done regarding changes in the supply chain (e.g. changes to packaging, numbering of packaging, changes in API / Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient...).
- Follow up and implement changes in the processes of PES suppliers (Procurement Execution System) in accordance with the standards and procedures in the supply chain, and within the applicable systems and application tools.
- You will monitor implementations that need to happen or have happened and report on them to direct stakeholders.
- Guarantee the integrity, consistency and compliance of processes for JSC globally.
- You ensure that your product and supply chain knowledge is up to date to ensure proper implementation and compliance in supply chain processes.
- You will collaborate with other parts of the supply chain and actively develop and manage relationships with process users, business owners, other J&J affiliates and external organisations.
qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree in a discipline within Life Sciences, Supply Chain and/or Chemical Engineering.
- You already have demonstrable work experience in this job, including pharma experience (or other relevant industry).
- Strong project management skills and experience in leading virtual teams.
- Experience in leading change and implementations.
- Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes and associated GMP compliance requirements. Able to apply this knowledge to lead and develop change control strategies for global requirements.
- Demonstrated understanding of global regulatory environment and regulatory requirements. Able to apply this knowledge to evaluate changes and assess potential risks introduced as a result of changes in the business.
- Proficient in written and spoken English (Dutch is a plus).
