qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of experiences
- Very good knowledge of supply chain in GxP environment
- Very good knowledge of the different levels of planning : strategic, tactical, operational
- Experience in a regulated business (pharmaceutical, medical device,...)
- Experience in new product introduction processes
- Experience in planning tool implementation (SAP, OMP, Anaplan, JDA,...)
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Strong orientation toward end-to-end process performance
- Strong communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical and functional tems
- Strong influential skills to interact with various stakeholders
- Fluent in English, French is an asset
