Job summary:

• There are now 2 procurement functions that are being centralized into one unified function.
  Therefore, the ways of working need to be challenged and improved.

• Driving negotiations with CRO’s + post-conversation activities.

Major accountabilities and responsibilities:

• Project Management skills are required.

• This resource will be used for internal meetings with stakeholders. Politics and strong stakeholder skills are an important factor in this role. The PM needs the skills and courage to ask clarification questions and challenge where necessary.

• PM will be also involved in the post-CRO negotiations, working on communication, change management and training. 

• No management / planning resources in this role.

• Managing a project and its milestones.
  

Education, qualification, and experience:

Education level:

• Bachelor’s Degree (in life sciences is preferred)

Project Management experience:

• Advanced (Between 5 – 8 years)

Pharma experience:

• Intermediate (Between 2 – 5 years)

Technical experience:

• Advanced (Between 5 – 8 years)

Hard skills:
