One of our clients (a tech start-up) is looking for a permanent employee, but in the meantime it is looking for a Senior HR Officer or HRBP profile to start asap for at least 3 months, depending on when the new person arrives + hand over.
Mission content :
- Contact with the social secretariat (small secretariat based in Knokke)
- Validation of payroll figures and transfer of data
- Answering all HR questions from staff
- Big part of contracting: finalising contracts with freelancers, employees and portage companies (expats)
- Have a very good knowledge of hard HR, social legislation.
- Responsible for the onboarding of all new employees. Currently 60 people, target: 20 more for this summer.
- Implement the evaluation process for this summer.
- Be comfortable with HR systems and social networks (Linked In, ...)
Practical Info :
- A person with a good understanding of the business and the people who work in it
- English is very important + French or Dutch
- Be min 2 days/week in the office (Ixelles - Brussel) at the beginning to understand the company and the culture.
