The main accountabilities & key challenges are:

You are responsible for priotizing the business needs, determines the right one(s) and translates it in a userstory so IT can develop it

You Validate  the userstory after development and is responsible for business acceptance

You Decide on priority change and monitors delivery in line with priority set

You will be the liaison with IT: translates the business needs to IT, understands the feedback of IT as well as the business impact

You will be responsible for the rollout plan and the effective use of the sales tool solution by the different partners

You centralise the incidents of the sales tools, analyses these incidents and dispatches them to the right team.

You are responsible for the follow-up of all incidents as well as the communication to the enduser.

You are Active member of the sales squad (‘an agile and multidisciplinair delivery team’) and participates in daily agile processes and represents business

Mandatory Skills (technical/functional):

Strong analytical skills are necessary to translate the request of business to IT and think about all the dependencies.

Experience in business interface with IT.

The person should not be an IT-er, he/she is a member of business.

Agile way of workin: We work with the scrum method to deliver the requirements.

Languages: Fluent Dutch and English
