qualifications
- Experience: Over 5 years of experience in Finance Controlling or Sales Controlling
- Autonomous and rigorous
- Strong analytical skills
- Very good communication skills and teamwork
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of SAP and Power BI
- Fluent in English is mandatory
- Fluent in French or Dutch would be appreciated
key responsibilities
- You will report to the Manager, and you will participate actively in the operational and strategic management of the local division. Your main missions will be:
- Sales budget management (in link with annual trade terms signed with retailers): forecasting, reviewing, analysing, and anticipating risks
- Monthly closing / Accruals vs Payments: reconciliation with Finance, communication with audit
- Monitoring of customer deductions
- Monthly reporting and improvement analysis of P&L (Sales, customer investments, Margin…)
- Supporting Sales & Marketing team, develop specific tools and analysis
- Continuous improvement of tools and process
