You will be part of the Manufacturing Process Specialist team, a diverse team that investigates quality incidents across manufacturing units.

• Working with cross-functional groups and collaborating with the company across departments is a crucial aspect of this role.
• An analytical personality, passionate about finding the root cause of a problem, is key.
• Experience conducting and documenting quality incident investigations is highly valued.
• Initiate quality investigations upon notification from the operations department.
• You will own/investigate multiple quality incidents simultaneously. For more complex investigations, you will bring together the necessary experts to discuss the cause and possible solutions.
• You document the investigation, which is reviewed and approved by a quality leader.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in chemical engineering or process technology (bioengineering, industrial engineering or chemistry), or consistent track record in an industrial, operational environment.
• Analytical and passionate in finding the cause of an incident is required.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to work in a structured manner and prioritize is required.
• Experience conducting and documenting incident investigations is highly valued.
• Experience working in a chemical batch plant is highly appreciated.
• Can build and maintain a network inside and outside the company to engage various experts.
• In addition to speaking and reading Dutch fluently, you are also fluent in English
