You are the administrator of our Project Portfolio Management process (PPM). You guard the project intake process, the resource planning process and the follow-up of projects through the development pipeline. All of this, with a focus on control, reporting, efficiency and automation. You do this in close cooperation with our SBU’s and our development departments/centers.

This includes:

• administer PPM tool and promote its usage
• ensure correctness of project content and improve dashboarding and reporting
• standardize and improve project managements and support R&D departments in meeting QCD objectives
• contribute to strategic direction of project portfolios

• master's degree in relevant field
• minimum 5 years of experience
• knowlegde of PLM/PPM systems preferred, project management is a plus
• strong affinity for planning, processes, systems and IT matters
• fluent in English
• effective communicator, teamplayer with a strategic mindset and analytics skills
