key responsibilities
○ Lead the deployment process of our manufacturing activities for electrolyzers in India
○ Coordinate the Gigafactory relationship between John Cockerill and its local partner
○ Ensure the development of the gigafactory according to the expectations in terms of cost, time, quality
○ ensure the best advocacy of John Cockerill's interests in the development of this joint venture
○ Organize meetings with the customer, partners and subcontractors
○ Coordinate with the John Cockerill Hydrogen manufacturing team and other Group sectors the definition and implementation of equipment workshops
○ Lead and coordinate actions until the Joint Ventures is fully operational
qualifications
○ You have an engineering degree or 5 years of higher education with an affinity for industrial and technical subjects
○ You have successful international experience of minimum 10 years as a Project Manager/Business Developer in a manufacturing environment for large industrial equipment
○ You have strong leadership skills and positively engaged your teams in the development of projects
○ You are internationally mobile and able to travel regularly to India
○ You are very hands-on, deliver, high-energy, autonomous, and able to take initiatives
○ You can evolve in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment
○ Professional English level (French not needed, but a “plus”)
