For this specific position, you will be responsible as a project manager in the operations domain within the Sales Support department for IGT Devices International. You will be an integral part of transformation management team and lead and deploy the transformation projects into the organization.

qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Master degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in change management projects;
- Content knowledge in the operations domain, sales support and supply chain;
- Strong project management knowledge;
- Experience in deployment of operational excellence;
- Dedicated personality who has a positive attitude and loves to work within a stressful & dynamic environment;
- Ability to deal with demanding stakeholders;
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and ability to report on Project progress;
- Strong communicator with knowledge of proper English usage any additional languages is a plus
- Solid knowledge and understanding of the Medical Device industry
- Knowledge of computer and automation applications (i.e.: Microsoft Office, SAP, Genesys platform, Salesforce);
- Culturally sensitive
key responsibilities
The Project Manager:
- Leads automation efforts and plan projects effectively over cross functional teams;
- Leads and supports project activities related to the transformation;
- Drives process changes, change management, ways of working & interfaces with businesses;
- Ensures internal adoption and engagement rates are being met through training, coaching and information management;
- Fosters positive relationships with all project teams and individual members as their primary point of contact;
- Aligns relevant stakeholders around accomplishing the results;
- Support of the design, build and delivery process changes;
- Maintain commitment to environmental and quality and regulatory regulations
