Task / Daily activities:

• Coordination
• Creation of sampling plan
• Making sure that the method is either transferred to the QC or to production zone
• Training the team leaders – communication about timelines
• Currently no CAPA deviations but it might have at some point
• Create change control linked to the implementation of the new plant (create all tasks related to GMP
• Creating a process related to the equipment and to a method
• Updating pharmacopeia
• Working with the structure team data management

Competencies :

• Soft skills: organizational skills, analytical skills, transparent communication, team spirit, 
• Years of experience in the position: Min between 3-5 years of practical experience (PhD years not counted)
• max 3 Must have (certification, min years of experience) !
• QC knowledge & experience
• Analytical skills
• Importance of the soft skills: transparent and fluid communication/exchange of information and feedback, team spirit, organisation skills
• Nice to have: Knowledge of pharmacopeia, HPEC, ELISA (there are already technical expertise in the team so this is not a must have)
• Experience with Biological products
• Project leader
