Job summary:

The Product Planner supports the company’s ambitions by

• Ensuring products availability on markets and at TPA on-time and in-full

• Optimizing the company’s supply chain costs through assets capacity optimization and inventory management

• Ensuring right-first-time new product launches execution

The Product Planner key accountabilities are:

• To build and to execute SIOP & ISSP Supply Plans and Scenarios in the tactical and strategic horizons for commercial and Ph3 development products with the support of ANAPLAN system

• To integrate market and external customer tactical & strategic demand to build optimized capacity constrained plans for the whole supply chain stream of her/his product family ensuring E2E visibility and accountability

• To support supply decisions with CMO and the company’s plants to balance customers service level, OTIF & costs within the supply tactical and strategic horizon through the appropriate decision-making process

• To facilitate the translation of Product tactical & strategic plans into CMO and the company’s Sites Master Production schedules with a good collaboration with Planning operational teams

• To represent the Global Planning team within Key Projects related to his/her products portfolio, including new products launches

Major accountabilities:

SI&OP Tactical and ISSP Strategic operations:

• To support the SI&OP and ISSP supply planning for the E2E product value stream to align the company’s installed capacity to the global products demand, optimize inventory and asset usage for the company

• To issue monthly feasible production plans to internal and external manufacturing partners by running RRP and RCCP supply processes

• To use the company’s adopted Advanced planning tool – ANAPLAN (with data from OMP & SAP) - to enable supply plans and scenarios in Anaplan for all it means (inputs, versions, validation, output as support to SIOP/ISSP and ad-hoc requests)

• To manage the supply risk on tactical & strategic horizons in collaboration with markets, PVU SL, Finance, Vendors, QA and Planning operational teams

• To help prepare yearly product budgets (from a volume standpoint) and long-range plans

Performances Management:

• To be the preferred point of contact for Strategic Product Lead and for markets from a supply operational standpoint

• Ensure the right data management execution in the supply process and system set-up for his/her product portfolio

Projects and New product launches:

• To coordinate supply process and system set-up to support and accelerate next company’s product launches from a master planning standpoint (capacity, best tactic, risk management)

• To represent the Global planning team within projects team aiming related to his/ her project portfolio

• To behave with discipline by strictly following defined processes, systems and supply governances

• To be an ambassador of the company’s and Global Supply chain values in action

• To continuously connect to the team and the community to keep improving business acumen

Education & qualification:

• Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree

• Other certification: APICS (CPIM – Module 1)

• 5 years minimum of experience in Supply Chain with past proven experience in Master Planning activities

• Experience in SAP & ANAPLAN or demonstrated capability to adopt the company’s systems in place

Competencies:

• Demonstrated E2E Supply Chain Professional Capabilities

• Manages scenarios and ability to cope with constraints.

• Background in Pharma Operations is a plus

• Analytical mindset, KPI and Result Driven

• Demonstrated Capability of ensuring E2E visibility and accountability on an entire Supply chain flow

• Deep understanding of SI&OP and ISSP supply processes

• Ability to learn fast within a complex environment

• Sensitive to the cost controlling dimension of the job

• Rigorous person, able to go from High view to very detailed view

• Ability to influence others at all level of the organization

• Capable of challenging ideas and providing Feedback in a constructive way
