Our client is looking for new workers to join the Daily Banking team. You will join the “Tribe Daily Banking” where you will take the role of Product Expert role dedicated to Business Credit Cards - in close collaboration with Product Development. key responsibilities
Major tasks and responsibilities:
- Accountable for the Objective and Key Result of the Business Credit Card acceleration program
- Responsible of the various initiatives' roadmaps overview
- Thorough stakeholder reporting - key liaison between Cash Management BE, Daily Banking & the professional channels
- Supporting BA on specific initiatives
- Supporting the requirement definitions & ensuring the good understanding of business' needs
- He/she takes part in the search & delivery of realistic/effective solutions to complex business challenges: provides expertise (analytical, technical & in terms of project management) in the search & implementation of digital (marketing) solutions
- He/she takes the lead in ideation of new features within the Cards domain with emphasis on MVP and Customer value
- He/she identifies the impact of business specifications and related system changes on existing back-end and front-end processes and liaises with Process manager
- In delivery mode, assists the squads in collecting, analyzing and translating business requirements delivered by our end-users into detailed business specifications taking into account a user centric, collaborative and agile way of working
qualifications
- Languages: Great knowledge of Dutch/France and strong written and spoken communication skills in English
- Education: Master's degree or equivalent by experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the cards domain: Credit Card, Corporate Card or Commercial Card
- Advanced MS office Skills
- Good understandig of work flow processes
- Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
