Your duties will include:

• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations
• You will manage the organization of the laboratory in line with annual objectives.
• As People Manager, you will be responsible for motivating the team and ensuring day-to-day follow-up (appraisals, conflict management, training, etc.).
• You ensure that procedures are properly followed
• You guarantee quality
• In the event of an audit, you play an active role and draw up action plans if necessary.
• You supervise the department's quality controls

We are looking for :

• You have a university degree, preferably in a scientific field, or equivalent experience.
• You have a thorough knowledge of microbiology
• You have leadership and team management experience
• You are fluent in French and English (professional level).
• You have knowledge of GMP procedures
• You have experience in finance and budget management
• You have solid computer skills
• You are stress-resistant and able to set priorities.
