qualifications
Profile requests
• Master degree in Communication Economics or Marketing
• Digital channels / daily banking knowledge is a must
• Customer Journeys / Sales flows / Features in Channels experience is a must
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch, French and English
• writing & editing skills
• Strong expertise in MS Office
• Very good knowledge of communication techniques & tools
• Proven experience in project management & implementation of communication strategies within financial industry
• Strong organizational insight
• Ability to see the overall picture (helicopter view) - strategic thinking
• Decision-making
• Strong communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented
• Commercial awareness and customer-oriented, also affinity with upscale clientele
• Team spirit, Structured approach and goal-oriented and proactivity defines you
• Management skills and the ability to motivate people
