maintenance manager (h/f).

As a maintenance manager, you are in charge of all maintenance activities. You are involved upstream, for the rolling part and you are responsible for a team of 42 people (mechanical and electrical). You have a helicopter view on strategic plans and investments, tools and daily management. More concretely, your daily tasks may include: 

• Managing the entire team, resources, projects, budgets for the entire maintenance
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of the Maintenance function, planning and organizing meetings with the various maintenance departments
• Ensure the safety of maintenance operations and those of its co-contractors, and lead the implementation of progress actions in maintenance 
• Implement the necessary means to optimize the reliability of equipment while considering the costs involved (maintenance policy, curative/preventive choice, subcontracting, etc.) 
• Define the evolutions and improvements of the equipment (new works) according to the various needs 
• Coordinate with production 
• Participate in the maintenance policy and in various cross-factory actions

• You have a master's degree, 5 years of higher education and/or an industrial or civil engineer, in electromechanics
• You have a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar technical and managerial position
• You have experience in a heavy industrial environment
• You are familiar with the Office suite (knowledge of SAP is a plus)
• You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
