• Responsible for projects increasing the quality of the analytical and production activities in collaboration with the lab specialists. This includes root cause analysis, trending, documentation, implementation of improvements and follow up.
• Responsible for (the coordination of) safety related projects within the lab team in collaboration with the safety coordinator.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the document flow and the training system.
• Help improve the working of the lab by supporting improvement projects and actively seek out improvement opportunities.
• Support the expansion of our lab capabilities by assisting in acquiring and qualifying new equipment.

• Experience in six sigma projects is a plus.
• A basic understanding of GMP, qualification, validation and regulatory activities.
• Fluent in Dutch/English.
