Job requirements and qualifications:

• master’s degree, preferred in engineering/automation/IT/biochemistry
• a minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, preferred within pharma
• knowledge of cGMP/FDA/ICH requirements
• excellent communication skills
• strong in problem solving and decision making, hands-on mentality
• knowledge of sustainability (regulations) is a plus
• ability to work independently
• proficient in MS office and planning tools
• curious about novel technologies, able to work in an innovative, ambiguous environment with internal and external stakeholders
• fluent in English, Dutch is a plus

• Leading projects across the business and set direction for the project and (global) team from initiation phase till implementation. Keeps oversight and management of project scope, spend plan and resource allocation
• Drives accountability through the project team for all activities to develop and execute project plan according to cGMP compliance and safety standards
• Independently applies change management techniques with key stakeholders.
• Confidently presents controversial and/or complex information to all levels of the organization, including independently issue escalation.
• Applies risk management strategies
