Your role:

Tasks and responsibilities: 

• Provide business analysis and project management services related to the implementation of new IT applications or changes to existing applications
• You act as the bridge between business and IT
• You gather a good understanding of the business processes
• You translate the business needs into clearly documented business requirements for workable IT solutions
• You coordinate the development and implementation process with all relevant stakeholders
• You ensure progress during all stages of an application deployment cycle (from business requirements to training)
• You involve end users from early on in a project and provide support for end-user trainings

Requirements

Your profile:

• A master's degree and min 3 years of relevant experience in IT are required
• Knowledge of IT project management methodologies is a plus
• Experience in business requirements analysis, business process analysis and process documentation
• You have a problem solving and analytical mindset
• You can focus on details, while keeping an eye on the bigger picture
• You are communicative and can cooperated with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• You can express yourself fluently in English, Dutch (written and spoken)
• You will work mainly from the Leuven Office
