• Understand and manage quality aspect of suppliers and materials qualifications in partnerships with key stakeholders (procurement/TLCM/QC/Engineering). Be involved in the implementation of Quality Agreements and negotiation of product specification requirements.
• Understand and facilitate supplier change notifications (with our customer's user sites) to ensure appropriate review and implementation. Manage most common changes and escalate issues if required.
• Communicate suppliers/quality issues to stakeholders through appropriated escalation processes.
• Understand and manage actions of mitigation (QEF, BPDR …).
• Understand and manage current regulatory requirements, as well as internal, environment related to incoming materials.
• Develop a network of collaborative internal relationship and supplier network.

Required Experience & Knowledge:

• Knowledge of regulatory and quality system requirements and ability to comply with standards (ISO 9001, GMP, IPEC,…)
• Experience with supplier and incoming materials management in Pharmaceutical industry or equivalent.
• •Good verbal and written communications skills to ensure issues, risks and opportunities are well understood by all parties (suppliers & GSK stakeholders) and that effective actions are put in place.
• Ability to function efficiently in a matrix organization in order to ensure effective use of resourceand communication of issues to all impacted sites / functions.

Education, Methodology & Certification Requirements:

• Master in Sciences (biology, chemistry, pharmacist …) or engineering degree. Relevant to position demands to ensure basic understanding of vaccine production processes.
• ICT Skills (software, operating systems, hardware, etc.)
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and have the ability to learn new software applications such as SAP. 
• Language Proficiency Requirements
