Financial Planning and Analysis does coordination and planning, in order to execute the financial planning processes and ensure timeliness, accuracy and integrity of financial information.

This role also provides qualitative analytical assistance to business partners through relevant, actionable, timely and meaningful reports agreed with the business partners for actuals, budget, forecasting and strategic plan.

Main accountabilities:

• Master data and DOA updates
• Performs monthly closing activities:

o Liaises with the business in order to perform monthly manual accruals

o Reviews FTE movements and related costs (salaries, travel, training)

o Review Opex and ask for corrections when needed

o OPEX analysis and explanation of variances

o Support Finance Leads for monthly dashboard preparation

• Check Fully Loaded charges both for monthly actuals; budget and planning exercises.
• Supports Finance Leads in evaluating and interpreting financial data
• Prepare and/or share monthly; ad-hoc reports with I2I and Business
• RRA/FCT/Budget/LRP exercises

o Coordinates the forecast exercises with the KPs after alignment with I2I Finance Leads

o Uploads the data for exercises done centrally

o Performs adjustments

o Performs reconciliations if needed

o Checks Forecast phasing

• Performs analysis of Financials in order to provide insight to I2I and Business
• Performs ad-hoc analysis coming from CD ;F and I2I
• Becomes a trusted business partner for analysis; reporting

• Good analytical and communication skills
• Ability to interact with management
• Ability to explain differences and recommend solutions
• Ability to prioritize
• Knowledge of accounting and closing procedures
• SAP, BI Cognos, Anaplan, and Qlik Sense advanced knowledge
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint utilization
• More than 5 years similar experience
