- Calendar management via Outlook
- Travel arrangements
- Attend calls, distribute communication
- Expense notes

your contribution

- Ability to work independently and take decisions on your own
- Good knowledge of MSOffice
- Good knowledge of Dutch, English and if possible French
- Ability to understand very quickly a very complex organization
- Pro-active
- Experience as a management assistant in an international environment
