This role will consist of supporting the Senior Management of the medical academy.

Your main tasks:
- Management of the medical certification program
- Support for the course organizers
- Assisting with the organization of the annual congress and regional congresses.
- Assisting with meeting organization
- Support the website
- Assisting the Senior Project Manager with the execution of various projects
- Maintenance of files and databases
- General administrative support

your contribution

- A medical or pharmaceutical-related work background is an advantage but not essential.
- Fluent English and Dutch (practical knowledge of French)
- Organized, methodical, flexibility, reliability and adaptability
- Good oral and written communicator
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Knowledge of standard software packages and the possibility to learn company-specific software

Important: the working week is normally 38 hours, but it can sometimes take long hours to meet tight deadlines. The candidate is also expected to work when a conference or course takes place, which can be during the weekend.
