Our client in the pharmaceutical sector and situated in Diegem is urgently looking for an administrative assistant (/legal secretary) for a long term mission. As an administrative assistant you will offer support to three VP of Law and two Senior Directors, in numerous diversified areas and activities.
Your principal duties and responsibilities: - Administrative and project-based support - Proactively managing calendars, travel/logistics and email inboxes - Secretarial duties such as managing travel arrangements, preparing and coordinating meetings, document management - Handle legal documents and matters of a highly confidential nature - Responding to external and internal enquiries - Co-ordinating Team Projects as and when required - Expense and budget management
- You have a perfect knowedge in English, oral and written. - You have excellent knowledge of MS Office. - A bachelor degree is a plus - Experience in an assistant role is required.
