The company has operations in the Netherlands, Belgium, India, Mexico, and the United States, with over 380 employees. Will you become our new IT Project Manager?

As IT Project Manager at Seal for Life Industries, you will

  • Define strategic directions of the IT architecture and recommend policies and procedures adapted to business needs, targets and requirements and in line with the current evolutions
  • Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions specific to IT operations globally
  • Be responsible for the worldwide IT infrastructure and take the lead in the vendor, software and Hardware selection
  • Establish and adopt a decentralized network model in delivering the solutions and the services with vendors, colleagues and partners, contributing to develop and continuously improve the operational standards
  • Take care of vendor management:
    • Shape technical requirements & SLA's
    • Create the implementation strategy in collaboration with the vendors & follow up on implementation
    • Negotiate scope and budgets
    • Track project progress against time, quality and budget expectations
    • Measure vendor impact by monitoring key KPIs
  • Assist on future transactions regarding merges & acquisitions:
    • TSA (transitional service agreement) review and negotiation (scope and price)
    • TSA management
  • Ensure reporting on the progress of all projects and services, both financial and operational

your contribution

  • Bachelor degree in IT or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with IT project management in a complex global IT environment
  • Experience in an international organization with multiple sites
  • M&A experience or involvement with rapidly scaling an IT Services portfolio in a growth environment
  • Understanding of end to end IT support for a mid-sized organization
    • Network (WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi)
    • Hardware (Printers, Scanners, Laptops, Routers, Switches, etc.)
    • Productivity Applications (Email, Shared Drives, Office 365, Tableau, Teams, etc.)
    • Enterprise Applications (ERP, Shop Floor Applications, etc.)
    • Help Desk (1st and 2nd Level support, reporting, etc.)
    • Voice and Connectivity
  • Experience working with a global multi-lingual team and with senior leadership
  • Excellent project management skills, PMO certification is a plus
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analysis, decision-making and vendor management skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
  • Fluent in English, other language skills are considered a plus
  • Willing to travel to our the different locations (approx. 30% as needed)
