We are looking for an experienced recruiter for a international company in Oudenaarde! As recruiter, you are responsible for organizing, implementing and innovating the recruitment process for the Belgian and French region. You act as process responsible, from the first point of contact to contract negotiations. You follow-up on the different recruitment assignments and make sure all the needed internal steps are taken. Your responsibilities include:
Close collaboration and daily communication with hiring managers, candidates and external partners. Actively search for highly qualified and specialized candidates through the use of state-of-the-art recruitment channels and a self-created sourcing policy Define a correct selection methodology and apply good interviewing techniques in order to identify the best candidates. Match competencies of external candidates to the needs of our internal customers. Prepare and implement offer and contract negotiations. Organize onsite school visits and attend job fairs. You will be part of the European Staffing Organization, and will report to the Staffing Manager.
- You have preferably a master degree (for ex: Organizational Psychology) - A first experience within R&S - You are result-driven to complete your assignments quickly and efficiently. - You are creative and persevere in finding and convincing adequate candidates. - You are assertive and have excellent interpersonal qualities. Pragmatic thinking and a no-nonsense approach is your trademark. - Effective communication skills are essential for this function. - You can work independently, but you are also a team player. - Fluency in Dutch and English is required. Good knowledge of French.
This is a permanent contract.
