MAIN CHARACTERISTICS: (CHALLENGES)
-Providing support in HR related affairs for the Global Head Quarter (GHQ)
TASKS:
-Responsible for optimizing processes and assist in executing people related projects
-Recruitment administration
-Vacancy posting
-Screening of CV's
-Planning interviews
-Follow-up interviews
-Hiring administration
-Support in Master Data Management
-Support in communication about HR processes and the Global Head Quarters department
-Support in Contract Management
-Employee engagement
-Making manuals for HR processes
-Support People Officer GHQ

-Fluent in English
-MS Office knowledge
