We are looking for a German speaking Customer service Employee.
Tasks: - Providing first line and where applicable, overall technical support to German Speaking internal and external customers on the company computer systems. - Responding to technical calls, emails, and faxes, by providing answers to questions, troubleshooting guidance, and follow up on to reported problems. - Providing's back-to-back Service Complaint case management.
You will work 39 hours a week.
- you speak fluently German and English - experience as a customer service representative is a plus - you have good technical insight - you have been working with clients in the past - you have good administrative skills
