The primary focus of this position is to assist in the on-site support (business, operations and maintenance) on the business-critical applications.
Ensure reliable operations, provide maintenance of middleware systems, in accordance with best practices, agreed operating plans and procedures available.

Key responsibilities:
You will be responsible for operational support and maintenance on all middleware applications.
Bears responsibilities related to:
Operational IT: Advice in technical solution designs in accordance with the needs of the business
Support: Operational support for various business critical software applications ¿and systems. Development: responsible for configuration or development of applications to automate or simplify management tasks.
Documentation: creation and/or provision of IT guidelines, internal procedures and installation documents.
Architecture: Research and proposal into new techniques, best-practices and product development, in order to obtain a practical and stable platform conform the business needs.
Reports orally and written to the application support coordinator about ongoing tasks, issues and activities.

Knowledge & application
Knowledge of Microsoft environments
Software knowledge: Windows server ¿and client operating systems, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, SharePoint (platform + development ), and powershell + Visual basic scripting
Databases : MS SQL server

Minimum qualifications
Expected educational qualifications: High School or Bachelor Degree (in Informatics)
Expected experience: + 3 years
Fluent in English, written and spoken
