In that function you will provide support to the credit control in order to:
- Ensure alignment and compliance with the accounting policies set locally and by the group in relation to credit control - Perform credit control activities, cash management and expenses management (reports included) - Prepare monthly cash flow reports
Your Key Responsibilities will be to:
- Ensure Credit control is performed at branch level in order to collect premiums in a timely manner - Ensure that harmonized and centralized reports can be produced to monitor company's debtors - Review aged debtor reports and propose necessary actions - Allocate cash collected and paid to corresponding policies/claims in the system - Communicate regularly with Luxembourg and London team in respect to issues identified.
What is essential for this function?
- Accounting degree / certification - 3-4 years of experience - Previous experience in similar function - Strong Excel skills - Fluent in English and French - Good communication skills
