Our client is a food company that breeds their own cows and slaughters, processes and distributes beef products. These beef products can be large cuts for specialized butcher shops or finalized products directly for consumers.
In your role you are responsible for dividing/parting large parts of the cow (half carcasses) into smaller parts and removing the bones (deboning).

- Experience as a butcher is required - Eye for quality - Positive attitude - Basis English is a plus
