For our client, located in the center of Brussels, we are currently looking for a Operation Officer P2P.

Do you have experience as a Operation Officer P2P? Are you looking for a new opportunity in Brussels? Then you are the candidate we are looking for!

- Ensure day-to-day operational support and control
- Provide ad hoc project support
- Issue management and reporting
- Be the SPOC for the supplier, as internally.
- Transform the PR’s into PO’s and send them out to the supplier.
- Guarantee business continuity and customer satisfaction
- Review and control of the incoming Purchase Requests (PR’s) for correctness and completeness, according to budget, contracts, correct accounting data.
- Treat incoming invoices & reminders

your contribution

- At least a bachelor degree
- Profound knowledge of English and very good level of Dutch and French
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of SAP (MM/FI)
- Good knowledge of main accounting principles and general Purchase-to-Pay flows (purchase order – goods receipt – invoicing)
- Strong communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented
Flexible, dynamic, quality-minded, well structured and hard worker
