Are you someone who loves to offer support and solve user/client issues all the time? Do you have a background in supply chain or are you eager to learn about logistic processes? Do you keep in touch with IT and are you able to learn new IT systems very fast? Read on!

As a support administrator for the transportation management system, located in Diegem, you are responsible for solving users/clients issues and determining rout causes.

Deliver support for the Transportation Management System (TMS)
- Primarily support the EMEA Community on any TMS issue
- Identify, follow and escalate persistent problems
- Proactively progress issues with the TMS team, other departments/countries or third parties (suppliers/carriers) accordingly

Monitoring
- the incoming helpdesk calls / emails
- track open cases/incidents
- hubs/location performance
- carrier performance

Helpdesk Administration
- Ensure that all the support calls coming into TMS Support are recorded, managed, prioritised and worked on accordingly. Users should be informed when the issue is worked on, progressed and solved.

your contribution

1. Education:
High school diploma (or equivalent by experience)

2. Experience:
Helpdesk support experience, preferably within supply chain or logistics

3. Knowledge:
- Background in supply chain/logistics/transportation management
- In touch with IT, be able to learn a new IT system very fast (no programming!)
- MS Office tools (Excel)

4. Key Capabilities:
- Very good English in writing and communicating (other languages is benefit)
- Logical Thinking – Analysis
- Be able to work quickly and under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
- Self-motivated
- Results oriented
- Able to work reasonably independent on a day-to-day basis
