The Legal Assistant will administratively support 3 VP's of Law and two Senior Directors in numerous
diversified areas and activities.

Tasks and responsibilities include secretarial and administrative activities such as scheduling appointments, arranging travel, organizing meetings, filing expenses, following Company compliance procedures, preparing documents etc. She/he will master the internal J&J processes and Standard Operating Processes (SOP) and manages flawless execution.

* Administrative and project-based support
* Excellent at pro-actively managing calendars, travel/logistics and email inboxes
* Secretarial duties such as managing travel arrangements, preparing and coordinating meetings, document
management, etc.
* Handle legal documents and matters of a highly confidential nature
* Responding to external and internal enquiries
* Coordinating Team Projects as and when required
* Expense and budget management

your contribution

* Experience as Executive Assistant is required
* Bachelor degree is required
* Fluency in oral and written English is mandatory. Additional languages are an asset
* Excellent working knowledge of MS Office & Office 365
* Prior experience with budget & travel processing platforms is a plus (Concur, CTO...) is required
* Good aptitude for learning to use new systems is required
