For one of our pharmaceutical company located in Anderlecht , we are looking for an administrative Assistant.

job description

Your mission:

-Administrative support to group.
-Organizing meertings & travel.
-Processing Expenses.
-Raising purchase orders and arranging technical support and/ or catering for on-site meeting as necessary.

your contribution

-You express yourself perfectly in French & English.
-You have a prior experience as administrative assistant or similar role.
-An experience with a pharmaceutical company preferred, but not required.
-You are ability to work in fast-paced team environment.
