key responsibilities
Finance Master Data
• Review and be the guardian of Vx Finance master data governance
• Create/change/Lock cost center & hierarchy in Vx SAP
• Perform Sarbox control
Budget system preparation
• Prepare master data for budget exercise
• Prepare the salary simulation master data in SAP and coordinate the run with TECH HR
• Prepare the budget system with TECH 1x year
• Coordinate and manage training on reporting (review ownership, launch the training review, role owner)
Monthly activities (6 days by Month)
• Support Finance Partner on headcount master data
• Reconciliate Headcount data in Vx SAP & Global reporting tool
• Track the bot activities and flag issue
• Refresh reporting during the month end close
• Escalade Reports issue
• Support Finance Partner on reports budget reports
qualifications
- 3/4 years Experience in Finance reports
- Details oriented and very structure
- Strong analytical and financial understanding
- System oriented
- Advanced knowledge in EXCEL
- Able to challenge and ask question WHY
- Team spirit
- French/English speaker
