key responsibilities
- You work in the customer support department where you help customers (dealers) with (technical) questions about the high-speed doors.
- Dealers are spread internationally and follow up on their questions via e-mail or phone.
- After you have had contact with a dealer, you register all information in the CRM system.
- After your induction period, you will be given the opportunity to participate in all kinds of improvement projects and you will be able to put forward your own ideas for improvement (tasks, processes, etc.).
qualifications
- You obtained at least a bachelor/master degree
- You have a technical background or at least technical affinity
- You have very good knowledge of English (both written and spoken), knowledge of any other language is a plus
- You are communicative, a team player and you like to work autonomously and accurately
