Main responsibilities:

• You will be the key interface with the customers in your portfolio for all the day-to-day activities;
• You will provide customers with the best possible service in relation to Sales Order Management, Billing Inquiries, Shipment, Service Requests, Suggestions and Complains;
• Ensure that all Customer Orders are entered into SAP accurately and in due time;
• You will check the price, product and allocation availability for every order;
• You will inform the customer about delivery, documentation issues, …
• You will obtain all necessary information/data for order processing;
• You will be maintaining contact with Customers, Sales Managers and different internal departments;
• Insure customer’s satisfaction

• Bachelor or equivalent by experience
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar function
• Good knowledge of Excel and SAP (SD/MM)
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of logistics (incoterms-customs)
• Working knowledge of Material Management would be a plus
• Fluent oral and written in English, all other language would be a plus
• Autonomous and fast learner
• Willing to learn constantly and work proactively
• Available as soon as possible
