• Support the brand teams with organizational, administrative and logistics support.  The person will be in charge of events organization, PO's, Budget, follow-up project, translations, congress participation and meeting organization.
• Back-office support of the businesses with different projects  such as project & event Management: (congresses, sales conference)
• Back-up of other customer coordinator in case of absence
• On demand administrative support (In and outgoing mail), mail distribution lists, catering, small translations)
• Attend relevant brand team meetings
• Acting as guardian for high standards of compliance

Required competencies:

• Bachelor's degree and /or extensive previous experience
• Experience in organizing and planning in multinational environment.  
• Very good knowledge of French and English
• Proactive, flexible, structured, organizational, problem-solving, eager to learn and digital oriented 
• Hands-on experience in project and process management
• Proven ability to act operationally in pro-active and efficient manner
• Customer centric mindset
• Results and service oriented
