key responsibilities
- Lead various ongoing projects related to new equipment selection and GMP qualification/implementation and to improvement of way of working.
- Prepare GMP documentation (protocols, reports, URS, other qualification related documents and production batch record update).
- Troubleshoot and solve analytical issues on techniques run in the laboratory.
- Contribute in the implementation of new technologies where appropriate.
- Guide/train process operators in performing simple in-process analytics (pH, cell count, osmo, etc.) on the production floor.
- Support routine management of production analytical equipment.
- Follow GMP procedures in place as well as HSE rules in the laboratory.
- Work according agreed timelines.
qualifications
Must have:
- Experience in GMP analytical equipment qualification and release – to be able write URS and SOPs writing, he has to know what is an IQ/OQ,
- Experience in the operation of, and the analysis with the following analytical equipment: metabolite analyzer, spectrophotometer, pH-meter/conductivity-meter, cell analyzer.
- LIMS knowledge
- Change control definition/management for project implementation
- Analytical methods: cell method analysis – the project is very linked to the cell culture, ph-conductivity (not linked to HPSE), mainly spectrometry
- French and english
- autonomy, flexibility, multi-tasking, stakeholder management, communication
