This is for a consultancy mission : starting on  25/09/2023 to 31/12/2023 which might be extended

• As Clinical Supply Manager you will work on a project mission. You will work closely with the hiring manager, who is the head of the clinical vendor management dept at our client.
• The team belongs to the development and clinical supply organization– It is in the supply chain but working for the clinical team
• They are in charge of designing the network they want to work with but also in charge of the relations with vendors (IMP packaging and distribution and the vendors that are doing packaging and distribution)
• The team is also in charge of making sure that the networking they are working with is adequate to the future challenges – ( Operations + strategy )

The Clinical Supply manager (PM) will be in charge of the following :

• Focus on the design of the vendor management network – not directly working with the partners but doing the mapping of who are the partners right now, what they are doing, what are their strengths/weaknesses (more operational activity - to make the mapping, to understand what vendors are interacting, how, with what products, what are the relations, where is the responsibility of our client, where are the liabilities of the products; the mapping needs to be visual, easy to update – the prerequisite of the future design)
• Focus on the strategy - analyze/assess the network that they have currently, compare it to the challenges that they will face in the future with these vendors and the supply of clinical products on the market and confirm if the network is the one that they need or if the network needs to be changed for the future and if so how and by when
• Make a proposal of what needs to implemented – draw a plan for implementation (operationally speaking); the decision will be taken by the manager

• Master level in Supply Chain or in Sciences or any valuable proven experience
• Project management experience – planning, visual reporting and strategy
• Someone who has experience as a strategist /business analyst (experience with (market design, network design) – someone who can collect information, analyze data, contact people, understand challenges and then propose a new strategy of working
• Understanding of vendor management process
• Experience in a pharma environment or a similar regulated industry (understanding of the challenges that the pharma regulations impose)
• Language: high level of English (both written and oral) and French is a plus
• Location: Braine-L'Alleud  (min 3 days per week on site and 2 days homeworking)
