If so, we want you to join our team as a Sustainability Superhero (aka Project Engineering Consultant) for our client's Global Technology & Engineering/Sterile Injectable Technology (GT&E/SIT) Clinical Manufacturing department.

key responsibilities
As their Sustainability Superhero, you will identify, evaluate, and follow up on different (potential) sustainability projects, working closely with departments within the internal business and external parties to collect necessary information and data. You'll build and improve tools to enable the assessment of the environmental impact of different options when making business decisions and ensure that new facilities and processes within the Clinical Manufacturing are designed or operated sustainably.
qualifications
Master's degree with relevant scientific discipline or equivalent, preferably with prior manufacturing-related experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical and data management skills
Basic programming skills (Excel VBA/...)
Fluent written and oral knowledge of English
Hands-on (engineering) mindset with a strong personal affinity for sustainability
Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams & to interact with different stakeholders
Flexible, able to thrive in a dynamic environment
High sense of personal ownership
Willingness to understand the end-to-end aseptic manufacturing process

Fluency in Dutch is a plus (but you won't be required to recite Dutch poetry)
Remote work is possible (in your superhero lair), but you'll need to come on-site 1-2x/week or when necessary (to fight the forces of unsustainability)
Period: guaranteed until the end of 2023, possibly extended (depending on how many sustainability villains we defeat)
