A training course with Randstad Training is designed to be both practical and interactive. One thing is central: training and supporting workers so that they achieve a permanent awareness of the importance and content of their role.

Our own team
The courses are led by a team of experienced trainers, all of them permanent Randstad employees, who themselves receive regular refresher training. To give a couple of examples, they include forklift operating and training leading to VCA (Contractors’ Safety Checklist) certification. If you require customised training, contact our staff.


Randstad Training: versatility
We offer companies standard packages and refresher courses. In consultation with the client we can attune a course to individual companies’ requirements, after observing the working methods used. Read more about our training concept.

Permanent evaluation of the courses enables us to adapt existing packages and develop new ones, and we like to consult the client before, during and after the training for this reason.

Our courses can be taught in Dutch or French, and we have five training centres in Belgium. All our centres have various classrooms for theoretical instruction, large practical rooms and seventy different items of logistics equipment under our own control (including a bridge crane).

Companies may be eligible for subsidies for the courses from the government (SME portfolio /Training cheque, paid educational leave) or from sectoral funds. View the complete list of our partners.
