Randstad ensures that the workers are received properly and given accommodation. The employer has nothing to worry about. The workers are prepared for the job and then receive guidance from a professional job coach. We make transparent arrangements regarding cost and timing.

For some of our assignments, we work with Polish organisations. For the rest, the personnel come from other countries, both within the EU and further afield.
