Randstad Sport: sporting work

Sportspeople are perfectly prepared to take on extra commitments. They want to work or study, and pursue their chosen sport too. However, training and competing aren’t always easy to combine with a career or a course. And after their sports career is over, a nine-to-five job represents a big change.
To address all these issues, Randstad has a separate division for sport and sportspeople: Randstad Sport. Our activities fall into three categories: supporting top sportspeople; temporary work in a sports environment; and second job payroll administration.

Supporting top sportspeople and ex-athletes

Randstad Sport knows all about reconciling a sporting career with everyday life. The specific support that this requires is the role of our sports consultants. For current and retired sportspeople on the job market, they look for the working conditions in which they can put their distinctive attitudes and abilities to good use.

Temporary work in a sports setting for sports monitors and sports lovers
One of our sporting challenges consists of people who, whether due to their training or out of sheer interest, would like to work in the sports sector. They may be aerobics instructors and sports monitors, but they could equally be people who like the excitement of a sporting environment.
Randstad Sport helps temps with a sporting inclination find work in suitable organisations and companies.

A sports job as a sideline: Randstad Sport takes care of the admin
Randstad Sport helps sports monitors, aerobics instructors and personal trainers to sort out the legal and administrative aspects of their second job.
We take care of all the admin: employment contract, social security (pension, holiday pay, health insurance), expenses, payment, and so on.
There’s no extra cost for all these benefits, and you are saved a whole series of advance payments, accounting costs and hassles. With Randstad Sport, you can give all you’ve got to your sport.
