For a number of years now, the employment status of artists has been fully equivalent to that of employees – unless they themselves opt for self-employed status.

Randstad Art is an accredited Social Bureau for Artists, and as such can take care of all the administrative formalities.

Artists receive a temporary employment contract from Randstad. They are paid by us and enjoy full legal protection.

Are you an artist?

• As an artist, you arrange your own commissions.
• Randstad Art draws up a contract with each client.
• You work under a temporary employment contract.
• You enjoy full social protection, including paid public holidays, end-of-year bonus and holiday pay. Leave of absence, health insurance, pension, unemployment benefit, accident insurance...everything is sorted out.
• You are paid for your work within the week, even if the client hasn’t yet paid us.

Do you have work for artists?
The Randstad Art system is much simpler administratively. As the client, you enter into a contract with Randstad Art and are relieved of any further administrative hassles such as the Dimona declaration, payment, social security and tax deductions and so on. You are also fully protected against any suspicion of using bogus self-employment or black-market arrangements.
