What can you do if something goes wrong with the collaboration between worker and agency? To discuss any questions about work and work relations (e.g. employee induction, discrimination, pay, working conditions) the temporary worker has two possibilities:

• The Randstad branch. Our consultants or branch managers will provide information and join the temporary worker in seeking the best solution.

• The ombudsman service provided by Federgon — the Belgian federation of temporary employment agencies. The service can provide information about employment status and mediate in the event of disputes.
