Application procedure

  1. The first step in our application procedure is your online application. Once we have received this, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
  2. A Human Resources Officer will evaluate your CV and covering letter and phone you to discuss a few points in more detail.
  3. If the outcome of this is positive, we will invite you to a selection day or an individual assessment at one of our HR Centers. During this day, we will run a series of tests which form a picture of your competencies and profile.
  4. After a positive selection day we will pass on details of your application to a manager with a vacancy in your region or specialisation. This manager will hold a final interview with you and make the final decision about whether to take you on.
