Our approach towards CSR reflects our core activity - achieving a perfect match between people and work. Because our philosophy is defined as “the simultaneous defense of all interest of all parties concerned” (stakeholders). This means that at all times, we respect our values and ethical commitment.

Social report
The SA 8000 certificate (Social Accountability) forms the basis of our social accountability. We were the first company in Belgium to gain this international CSR certificate, which is centred on the basic principles of the International Labour Organisation. SA 8000 ensures responsible working conditions. An external body conducts an audit every year to ensure that we are complying with the SA 8000 principles in our daily work.
